With 17 poles in 2 rooms and dozens of classes a week, our studio gives as many people an opportunity to participate in pole fitness as possible.
Photoshoots
In addition to classes, TPF students can participate in the regular studio photoshoots, held both at the studio and at remote locations. Show off what you can do!

Welcome! We're excited that your interested in trying this wonderful and fast growing sport. Here is what you need to know before you attend your first class:

Schedule Your Class

First thing you'll need to do after purchasing a class is reserving your pole. We are currently working to make it possible to reserve classes online, but for now, reservations can only be made over the phone (520-275-1391), by email, or in person at the studio. We encourage all first time students to attend our Intro to Pole class first, but if you have a schedule conflict, you can attend any of our scheduled Foundation Pole classes. Here is our current schedule:

What to Wear/Bring to Class

When the time to attend your class arrives, you'll want to be prepared. We suggest the following clothing for class:

  • Short shorts or other athletic bottoms
  • T-shirt, tank top or sports bra
  • Cross trainers, socks or barefoot - you may also wear heels if you'd like
  • NO JEWELRY (rings, bracelets, etc. that damage and scratch the poles) and NO LOTION on the day of your class - otherwise you'll have a hard time gripping the pole!
  • Water

We have a dressing room and a bathroom where you can change before class, if needed. We also offer water bottles for purchase at the studio in case you forget to bring your own. We also provide yoga mats for stretching, but you're welcome to bring your own as well. 

Paperwork

Before you can participate in class, you'll have to sign a waiver form and agree to our studio rules. If you signed up for a membership or purchased a punch card, you'll also need to fill out a member agreement. We recommend arriving at least 10 minutes early to have enough time to complete the forms.
